Data Deletion Request

1. Overview
In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), BibaMoney ("21mln" App) provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data collected through the Threads integration.
2. What data we store
When you authorise the 21mln Threads App (App ID: 1985861238695063), the following data may be stored:
- Threads user ID — used to identify your public posts and replies.
- Access token (encrypted) — used to read your public Threads content and, with your permission, to engage with posts (reply, like). Tokens are never displayed back to the browser and never logged in plain text.
- Public posts and replies — fetched via the Threads Graph API for analysis, lead scoring, and optional automated engagement (if enabled).
- Engagement logs — records of automated replies, likes, and interactions for moderation and audit purposes.
3. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Option A: In-App (recommended)
Log into your BibaMoney dashboard and navigate to Settings → Connected Apps → Threads → Disconnect & Delete Data. Your Threads token will be revoked immediately and all associated data will be erased within 48 hours.
Option B: Email request
Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your BibaMoney account. Include "Data Deletion Request — Threads" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option C: Web form
Use the privacy contact form and select "Data Deletion" as the topic. Include your Threads username (@21mlns or your handle) for identification.
4. Deletion scope
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will erase:
- Your Threads user ID and access token (encrypted)
- All cached Threads posts and replies stored in our systems
- Engagement logs linked to your account
- Any derived analytics or lead scores computed from your content
Retained (limited): An anonymised, non-reversible hash of your deletion request may be kept in a compliance log for up to 5 years where required by applicable law. This log contains no personal data, no tokens, and no Threads content.
5. Verification
To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. We will never ask for your Threads password, exchange API keys, or seed phrases as part of verification.
