Privacy Policy

1. Overview

BibaMoney is designed to be privacy-minimizing and trust-first. The public website is a read-only research surface: it shows market data, proof notes, risk context, legal pages, and product information without asking for trading keys or placing orders.

2. Data we collect

  • Essential technical data: request metadata (e.g. IP address, user agent) for security, rate limiting, and reliability.
  • Usage analytics (optional): aggregated page and feature usage, depending on your cookie consent settings.
  • Preferences (optional): theme, cookie settings, and similar UX preferences when your browser stores them.
  • Account data (signed-in areas only): email/display name from your sign-in provider and consent records needed to operate account features.

3. Data we do not collect

  • No custody of funds.
  • No wallet seed phrases.
  • No exchange credentials on the public website.
  • No payment card information.
  • No sale of personal data.

4. How we use data

  • Operate, secure, and maintain the service.
  • Diagnose issues and prevent abuse.
  • Improve features based on aggregated usage signals (when permitted).

5. Retention

We retain operational logs only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer in anonymized form.

6. Third‑party services

The portal may use third-party infrastructure providers such as hosting, CDN, authentication, analytics, market-data, and AI providers. Analytics services, where used, should respect consent settings.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. We will respond according to applicable law.

9. Threads / Meta Platform integration

The 21mln App (App ID: 1985861238695063) integrates with Meta's Threads platform. When you authorise this app, it may:

  • Read your public Threads posts and replies via the Threads Graph API.
  • Store your Threads user ID and an encrypted access token for ongoing content analysis and engagement.
  • If auto-engagement is enabled, reply to or like Threads content on your behalf — always with moderation controls.

You can disconnect and delete your data at any time via the Data Deletion page. The app operates in Shadow mode by default (read-only). Live mode (writes enabled) requires explicit activation.
