6Q improves company culture, highlights organisation risks and improves productivity in less than six minutes per week We do this by asking teams about their levels of engagement and happiness across many areas of the business. 6Q can be considered a 'conversation starter'; by understanding how employees are thinking, we can better frame our management, interaction and discussions amongst the team.
