Due.Work is a support widget that you can integrate into your product from which your customer can raise an issue, share feedback or read interactive help guides. We have merged the concept of Feedback and Tickets together. In Due.work a Ticket is raised in the form of private feedback which can be later made public by admin to help other users solve the same problems themselves by reading to it or discuss on the same.
